Ingredients
2 ripe avocados
2 roma tomatoes, finely diced
4 spring onions, finely diced
Juice of half a lemon
Dash of sweet chilli sauce
Salt and pepper
Tabasco…for added heat ;)
Directions
Mash avocado with lemon juice, then add spring onions, tomato, a dash of sweet chili sauce, and salt and pepper to taste.
